"He that winneth souls is wise .."
It becomes necessary to rescue the perishing and care for the dying. The motivation is traced back to what the world would call a dream. It is a vision. It is a burden. It is a responsibility. It is an injunction. It is an expectation. It is actually the rule: "He that winneth souls is wise." In the process of winning souls, a lot of things happen. In the process of doing all kinds of things souls can also be won and saved. Either way, soul winning becomes the core of the activity.
First Pentecostal Power Fellowship in Raleigh, North Carolina, received Gods instructions before acting on a wish that Pastor Keith Kimball of Burnell Baptist Church, Four Oaks, North Carolina expressed at Fort Caswell Pastors Conference. The informal group discussion in a room with Rev. Dr. Arthur Freds Nwosu, Rev. Wilbert Johnson of Building Together Ministries, Raleigh, Pastor Willie Rogers of Restoration Family Worship Center in Raleigh and Evangelist Marvin Sanders. In that wish, Pastor Keith Kimball looked forward to a day such as this Global Seminar day. He looked forward to a time when it will be easy to walk into foreign mission opportunities without having stacks of money anywhere.
Today is has become possible for First Pentecostal Power Fellowship to bring her pastor friends and other ministries face to face with little but spiritually great groups overseas to interact with. In this program, First Pentecostal is facilitating the linking up of these ministries with a view of striking a union between you and them. It is now possible for you and your ministry to stay here and begin Gods work overseas without your having to first go there. You do not need to make a new friend, woo him or her into starting a partnership in ministry. First Pentecostal has found ministries that are ready for friendships that will facilitate speedy execution of your ministry activities and aspirations, in foreign lands, to the glory of God.
The Director of Foreign Missions for First Pentecostal, Frank Freds has been put on this facilitation task. He is General Manager of a front-line Advertising and Public Relations Company in Lagos, Nigeria. He is a project oriented individual and is Holy Ghost filled. You are free to reach him directly or through First Pentecostal Power Fellowship, Raleigh, North Carolina. You are encouraged to choose a church, a ministry, or a pastor from the profiles shown in this publication. Adopt such a ministry or minister. Write him or her a letter through the FPPF Director of Foreign Missions.
If you are making out a donation to any particular ministry or minister, you are urged to make our your donations to First Pentecostal Power Fellowship. First Pentecostal is a 501©3 organization with its number from the IRS. When you make your donation, please mark it on the memo line with the name of the ministry or minister, they are all regarded as specific projects, for example, "Community Church Lagos Project", "Pastor Udorie Project", etc.
We have found out, using the lower end method, that with five thousand dollars, you can take care of a church for six months. With ten thousand dollars, you can take care of a church for one year. You can make monthly commitments or bi-monthly commitments. You are free to establish a direct relationship with a particular ministry or minister, grow the relationship, and be ready to pay them a visit with a view to teaching and preaching at their crusades and revivals for the period of your stay. If you did it through First Pentecostal Power Fellowship, several churches (as many as you think you would like to speak at) would be informed, and they would quickly schedule you for a crusade or revival at their own end.
Wherever Pastor Keith Kimball may be at this time, First Pentecostal Power Fellowship would like him to know that his burden has been lifted. A community church is already targeted to be delivered to Restoration Family Worship Center, under Pastor Willie Rogers.
In obeying Gods instructions on the Great Commission, you could create your own missions field, You could also inherit one. Some ministries embark on solo mission efforts across the globe. Examples are Providence Baptist Church, Billy Graham, Benny Hinn, Creflo Dollar, and several others. However, it is not possible for all that have the vision to pull it through. The insufficiency of funds in your hands should not be a hindrance to you any more. A commitment is required on your part today in order to receive the peace that goes with obeying the instruction that God has given you to work for him internationally. If you wait for the money to come in large chunks, you do not know when exactly it will come.
First Pentecostal Power Fellowship has finalized arrangements to ship two container loads of relief materials to these churches. It costs four thousand dollars to ship one container. It takes intensive manual labor of about four to eight hours to load the containers. It takes another three thousand dollars to clear and dispatch the relief materials inland. Make a commitment today. Participate in this global missions effort. Underwrite the container shipping expenses . Do something according to Gods call on your life Not once . Not just twice, but make it part of your worship of God to reach out to the uttermost parts of the earth. First Pentecostal has been used to create the opportunity especially for those ministries and ministers that have the vision but without all the resources in the world.
God bless you as you make your commitments through First Pentecostal Power Fellowship. Inherit a foreign missions field today. Cultivate it and let Gods kingdom be enlarged. Your crown awaits you in heaven.

Community Church, Lagos
This is a small group that is thriving in spite of hard times. This group is made up of individuals that have a commitment to evangelism. They operate under harsh economic conditions, but their faith is unshakable. They could be regarded as a fertile ground that will produce fruit.
The group is being shepherded by Pastor Chuks Okorie. Pastor Chuks is a dedicated, loyal and spirit-filled pastor that has continued to serve with humility. His personable physical stature and university education (B.A. in History) from a reputable university, have not but become additional tools of evangelism, as he articulates the message of salvation with spiritual insight and understanding.
Adopt Community Church, Lagos. Adopt Pastor Chuks, and let your commitment to the growth and development of this little group yield a good harvest to the glory of God. You and your ministry will be satisfied that you took such a stand in the plenteous harvest.

Adopt A College
Faith Bible College, Isuochi
This is a small College established by the late Dr. Orvel Pete Lundberg from Denver, Colorado. This institution has been training ministers for over a decade now. In spite of meager resources and nonchalant attitudes prevalent around, the institution continues to make strides on various fronts. By the grace of God, the college is receiving some help, but your commitment will go a long way to making the vision speak. So far, several ministers that graduated out of that institution are identifying with the college by making donations from time to time, as well as joining the alumni association.
First Pentecostal Power Fellowship believes that you can help educate a pastor overseas without having to bring him to the United States, and such a pastor will be your extension in his community to carry out the great commission. Think about how much you will save, against sending a pastor (or even going there) every month! Your adopted pastor will be there everyday ministering on your behalf. You can then go and visit with the group once in a while, as the Lord opens the door for you.
Rev. U. U. Palmer is Rector of Faith Bible College and Seminar, Isuochi. Rev. Dr. Amos Oluchukwu is the President of the college. These people are highly dedicated to the work of God. In spite of their meager resources and their low earning levels, they are turning out reputable teachers and preachers of the gospel.

Adopt A Church
Life of God Bible Church, Umunze
This is an evangelism-oriented ministry that is gradually waxing strong in a hostile community. Their community is made up of good people, and yet the church has been struggling to inject salvation into their community.
Because of the results God is producing in the church, the pastor and his wife are giving their entire life and times to that work. The spirit of worship is in their hearts. The individuals show up for Bible Study, Prayer meeting, Worship service, and any designated programs, even those of them that have nothing to eat still keep the appointments. They have such faith in God that they were always present when they should.
If they receive occasional words of encouragement from you, a missions offering, a visit, regular letter (even an epistle from God through you), the fire in them will not go out, but instead wax stronger. Beyond that, their community will know that they are called by the name of the Lord, and you will have the blessings for being part of what God is doing there.
Pastor Sam Igboanusi is the undershepherd over Life of God Bible Church, Umunze. He is a very humble man of God. His wife is standing by his side all the way. They would willingly carry out whatever instructions they receive from God if you passed such instructions to them.

Adopt A Preacher
Rev. Father Nzechinyere Ebi
This is a duly trained and ordained minister with one of the strong Anglican Churches in the Aba community. He has a hunger and thirst for practical Christianity, and has attached himself to the Community Churches where he has also found opportunity to give what the Lord has given to him. Most of those gifts are not quite recognized or practicalized in the Anglican, thus his affiliation with the Evangelical, Gospel and Pentecostal movements.
Rev. Father N. Ebi has continued to practically express his unflinching involvement in community related ministry activities. He is essentially a pastor with Community Church, Ovom, even though his ministry responsibilities with the Anglican Church are ongoing. Adopting him will involve, becoming his spiritual partner, friend and counterpart. Letters of encouragement would be very appropriate. With time, you can plan to go and preach with him at the different Community Churches that he has opportunity to minister. He is an able and willing servant that would humbly work with other laborers in the vineyard.
He is an assistant in his parish. He carries his official duties as support to the senior pastor in the parish. His love goes out much to Community Church, Ovom. His low income in an uncaring environment has, however, not affected his interest and involvement in the Community Churches.

Zion Evangelical Movement
Zion Evangelical Movement International is a ministry based in Cote dIvoire. Their ministry activities involve letter message outreach, prayer network, music academy, nursery-primary education, business line, entertainment music band for evangelism and crusades, charity, publication and mission outreach departments. The ministry is modest, but its vision is big.
This ministry is operating in an area that is mainly Catholic and Anglican. The only Pentecostal or evangelical ministry around them is an Assemblies of God Church. They have a large harvest field to work, and without your help they will only be scratching on the surface for a long time to come. Get connected to them. Plan to visit with them. Plan to hold crusades and teaching seminars and workshops with them as God leads you.
Minister (Dr.) Ogechi Chima is pioneering the activities as co-founder of that ministry. God will use them more if and when you share with them the blessings with which God is blessing you.

Adopt A Pastor
Pastor Udorie Eze
First Pentecostal came across Pastor Udorie Eze of Bread of Life Mission during one of their engagements in Ngodo. He is a typical village pastor that believes God has called him to serve in that capacity. He has no resources, but feeds his family from a below-subsistence-level farming effort. One request he made was that he needed a good camera like Yashika or such in order to try earning some money through photography to complement his low estate. There are several pastors like that.
Commit to becoming Pastor Ezes friend. Give him a Yashika camera, find him other gifts. Find out from FPPF Foreign Missions Director which other pastors are working very hard, without any resources, that you might be in a position to assist.
Pastor Udorie Eze preaches Sunday services at his local (and very rural) church. We need such people in the rural areas. Not everybody should go to the big city.

Christs Witnesses
Christs Witnesses is a growing church in Isuochi, a remote part of the Okigwe suburbs. The church is very popular with the villagers because it is patronized by Faith Bible College that is a few miles away. The local pastor is an instructor at that college. Other instructors come from time to time to minister in their colleagues church. Different gifts are ministered there due to the diversity enjoyed by the church through the college.
The minister there is Pastor Anthem Eke. He is looking after a ministry form where you can find resources to work for you locally. You could actually stay here and open a church anywhere that Pastor Anthems students come from. You could sponsor a student pastor, who will be using weekends to minister in his hometown in the name of your own ministry here. By so doing, whatever anointing that God has provided to your ministry here will be manifesting in that ministry over there. Within a short time, God willing, you will be on your way to attend an opening ceremony of your ministry overseas.

Evangel Church, Okagwe
Evangel Church, Okagwe, is another village church. It is located several miles from a mainstream city. Its own little town is slightly bigger than three subdivisions in the United States. The pastor in charge is Rev. Dike N. Kalu, a native. The villagers believe in that ministry and will be ready to evangelize the surrounding places if they are adequately equipped. The tools of evangelism are highly needed there.
In order to make things easy, the pastors son opened a barbing salon in order to help the family income, to enable his father concentrate on ministry. Rev. Dike Kalu did not make any request, but it was evident that if he had the tools of evangelism, he would go very far working for God that called him. His entire family is into it, and that makes ministry easier also, not having to think about stray children, estranged wife, etc.
Whatever commitment you make to this ministry will be to the glory of God.

Community Church, Ovom
Community Church, Ovom is in the heart of the hometown of Rev. Dr. Arthur Freds Nwosu. This is a community that has many people going to some church or the other. However, right in the community, there are native doctors. There is also a place called "healing home", located opposite the Community Church plot. The presence of the Community Church is sickening to the native doctors, the "healing homes", and those that use their services.
Pastor Chris Freds Nwosu is more itinerant than stationary. He has substantial commitment from individual pastors that love the Ovom Community situation. He is committed to overtaking of the entire land by the power of God. With the help of First Pentecostal Power Fellowship, Community Church, Ovom wants to build "Holy Ghost Village" on a piece of land spanning over 10 plots and situated on a major intersection. This is actually where they need help. Holy Ghost Village will host Camps, State-wide revivals and Crusades every month with a special guest speaker coming from any part of the world. Holy Ghost Village will cost approximately one hundred thousand dollars. First Pentecostal Power Fellowship has made a commitment toward the realization of this plan. Other missions-minded churches are invited to support the project.

Kingdom Assembly, Port Harcourt
Kingdom Assembly in Port Harcourt is a modern-type ministry reaching out to a people that consider themselves sophisticated due to the development of their Atlantic coastal city of Port Harcourt. They are working very hard, devoting time to revivals, teaching sessions, and miracle services.
The pastor is Rev. McAnthony Uche. He and his wife have invested their life in this ministry, and our knowledge of that city is that people want proof that your God is working. Kingdom Assembly would be glad to receive any support in any area of ministry that will enable them prove to the skeptics that there is a God in heaven, ruling in the kingdom of men.
Rev. McAnthony has music ministry calling in his life, and he has been working on it. Any help he can receive to give him a breakthrough in music will glorify Gods name and put resources in his hand to do the work God has called him to do.

Jesus Transformation Ministries
Jesus Transformation Ministries in Aba is already big church, having close to four thousand people gathering under their roof. This is a ministry where the love of God is being shown to people. What you see there are mostly people with diverse needs, including insanity. God is working miracles in the lives of all those people.
Bishop N. Anopue is a kind and loving heart. She has the blessings and physical presence of her husband, inspiring her to continue to work for God according to the gifts that God has given to her. All kinds of gifts are at work in this ministry. Most needs and the miracles that go with them are often invisible to the physical eyes unless testified to. It thus became easy to see only the physical ones those with mental health needs. When these ones are healed, they need to be sent on their way. Most of such people usually do not have close relatives around. They do not have a place to go after they have been healed. They often also had skills before the demonic attack. When they get healed, they should be able to get back to their previous trades or jobs. Your involvement can help Jesus Transformation ministries to rehabilitate them.
Jesus Transformation Ministries also has a publication called Transformation Rays. Please send your article in order to encourage someone. Your article can also exhort the children of God that read the publication. Also send your picture with your article, and establish a relationship with the ministry, and Gods name will be glorified. Community Church, Uyo
Community Church in Uyo is a ministry surrounded on all sides by people who know that there is God. Many of the people also go to some church or another. However, the power of darkness is at work in that area. This area is of particular importance to both Community Church, Uyo and First Pentecostal Power Fellowship, Raleigh, North Carolina for strategic reasons. First Pentecostal believes in miracles and, would like to have as many partners as possible to help work the Community Church, Uyo harvest field.
It was in that state that they had a tree that stood in the center of the road. Whenever it was cut down, it grew back up next morning to the utter amazement of everyone. Once, a God-fearing governor arose in that state and mobilized utilities and cut the tree as a public affirmation of removal of evil forces in his domain. What we do not know now is whether it grew back up again. However, one thing is certain, this is a yawning harvest field. Support Community Church in every way possible.
The pastor in charge is Rev. Ema Essien, assisted by his wife. He is currently working in Lagos as partner in a Christian corporation called Raitas Limited, Lagos. His activities in Lagos have not removed his attention from the Uyo field of harvest. However, it is important to work and get the resources necessary for carrying out Gods work. That is why Rev. and Mrs Ema Essien are in Lagos. Community Church in Uyo will eventually have a resident minister in Uyo as God provides the ability.

LABO Hospitals and Laboratories is located at Mile 2, on the Lagos-Badagary Road. This is a medical center that has a highly experienced practitioner working, and giving patients personal attention. During our Lagos speaking engagements, June 2000, the God-fearing director of this medical center insisted on having us come to speak to, and pray for, his patient. The program lasted from 9am to 12noon.
This clinic has taken care of several Christians, and is still doing so. It is not a charitable organization, but the director has invested huge resources of time, expertise and equipment in caring for Gods people, great and small. Community Church, Umunkama
Community Church in Umunkama is more conceptual than otherwise, at this level. What they are currently doing is an underground spadework. They expect that by the end of September, they should have a standing church building, no matter how small. After careful consideration, First Pentecostal found out that the community could do that work with approximately five thousand dollars.
The ministry is using guerilla system because of the acute backwardness of that community. They have books and several gospel films. Their gospel films are made available to rural ministries, and are shown in the remote villages as a tool of evangelism.
Rev. Ndu. B. Akuchie and his wife Rev. Mrs. Akuchie have been working very hard. Adopt A Fresh Graduate Pastor
FABICOS CLASS OF 2000
In June 2000, Faith Bible College in Isuochi turned out a crop of firebrand ministers that graduated when Rev. Dr. Arthur Freds attended their graduation as keynote speaker for that occasion. During his one-week ministering activity in that college community, he came across the underlisted pastors that graduated. They not only graduated, but also constituted themselves into a strong, positive, spiritual force in the area. Incidentally, they were not all from the same home towns. Their diverse nativities did not stand in the way of the bond.
First Pentecostal found out that any ministry that can harness the bond and put this group to work would achieve a great deal to the glory of God. It was also found out that what could be called the lowest pay rate in the United States could be enough incentive to get such a group going, and the ministry or ministries partnering to get that done would be on their way to winning thousands of souls into the kingdom of God.
The 2001 graduates identified included Ben Onwuchekwa, Onyegbula Agriga, Adiele Nwankwo, Emmanuel Okorie, Brother Uchefula (S.U. Leader, Aba), Pastors Aloy and Kate and Evangelist Ozioma Nwaogwugwu. First Pentecostal would encourage you and your ministry to identify with this group in whatever way God may be leading you. Through the help of the Director of Foreign Missions for First Pentecostal, those people could be coordinated, and they would be made to know where their support is coming from.

Personal Letter from
Rev. Dr. Arthur Freds Nwosu
Dear co-laborers, it gladdens my heart to witness the willingness to work for God in the hearts of His servants. It is to me an enriching experience to be brought face to face with you, thereby granting me the rare privilege of having to work together with you in the Lords vineyard.
I cannot stop being drawn to the name of the organization of our dear friend, Rev. and Mrs. Wilbert Johnson. I keep wondering why they called their organization, "Building Together". I stopped and thought that we could not build alone on individual bases. Building Together has not ceased to strike me as not only an organizations name, but a rudimentary concept in doing Gods work. The sun has risen from the East. Incidentally, some folks still feel and see cloud over their heads. They see question marks hovering over their heads. They ponder the unanswerable questions and the unavailability of helping hands. When I saw the churches referred to in this Global Missions Seminar, I quickly realized that we need to build together.
What we are looking at is an opportunity for whoever gets there first to become a Bishop, Archbishop, and all kinds of big titles. I got there first. I have personally seen that the work is not in the title. Some have the title and do no work. Some do the work but have no title. "The taste of the pudding, they say, "is in its eating."
That evening, at Fort Caswell Pastors Prayer Conference, in the room that I shared with Rev. Wilbert Johnson, Rev Keith Kimball voiced out his feelings and inward yearnings towards global missions, and it sounded to me like just something good. Little did I know I would receive a direct instruction to ask you today to adopt a missions field. Little did I know I would go scavenging for rural churches for you to work. Why do I not want to be their Bishop? I cannot do the work alone. Maybe you can take care of all of them, pull them together and lead them as their Bishop. The rest of us will still support you. However, today, I happen to be presenting them to you, and asking you to listen to the Lord God Almighty. Let God speak to your hearts. "Fulfill ye my joy "
