Donations, Tithes and Offerings
Tax-Exempt Information: First Pentecostal Power Fellowship is a 501(c)3 non-profit church organization, granted a tax-exempt status by the Internal Revenue Service. Our EIN is 56-2136249. We are a giving church. We are also helping numerous people with diverse needs. Please verify us. Visit our church. Non-members and members alike should feel free to make donations to First Pentecostal Power Fellowship. By so doing, you are supporting the church in its own effort to reach out to the needy in our community in an uncaring world. Support God's work at FPPF where God's hand is touching several people. The sick are being healed. The barren are conceiving and giving birth. Sinners are being saved. Marriages are being saved. Secrets are being revealed. Businesses are being revived. Devil's plans are being destroyed. Diverse miracles are happening. Breath-taking manifestations are taking place. Donations: According to the fourth chapter of Saint Paul's letter to the Philippians, Verse 19, "The Lord shall supply all YOUR needs, according to His riches in glory by Christ Jesus" (KJV). This is a special provision for those that go out of their way to give. We encourage you to give to God towards the work this ministry is doing. Tithes: In Malachi, Chapter 3, Verse 8 through 12, God gave us a command, followed by a promise. This command is time-tested, and we encourage you, to obey this comman, for this ministry is a fertile ground. Members of First Pentecostal Power Fellowship that are unable to attend service due to work schedules or travel must mail in their Tithes or deliver them to the church office before traveling. Absence from church is not an excuse for skipping Tithing. Members of an organziation has definite obligations that prove that they are members of such an organization. The church represents the house of God, and every member of God's family must do the chores in the house. Your Tithe is that mandatory chore. There are other chores that are comparable to doing the dishes, sweeping, moppping the floor, dusting the wall hangings, decorating the house, redecorating the floor layout, cooking the meals, serving at the dining table, doing erands, etc. Do not rob God. Pay your Tithes today. If you do not have a home church, we ask you to join one. Visit us at any of our local churches near you. If you love First Pentecostal Power Fellowship, join us. Offerings: Offerings have been instituted from time immemorial. They represent all those other chores in the family. There are diverse types of offering. There are offerings to seek God's face. There are offerings to thank God for what He already did. There are offerings to express joy and happiness to God. There are offerings to express gratitude to God (in advance) for what He is being expected to do (after we have prayed for those things). Whether you are a member of First Pentecostal Power Fellowship or not, you are encouraged to try God in these ways and see if He will not prove Himself to you by answering your prayers and granting your heart's desires. TIPS: Your Tithe is exactly ten percent of your gross income. If you are a salary earner, your gross salary is on your pay slip. It is from your gross salary that the company deducts the tax, the health insurance contribution, FICA, etc. It is also from that same gross salary that you will deduct ten percent meant for God. If you are a businessman or businesswoman, or otherwise self-employed, your Tithe is ten percent of your profit. Deduct your total month's expenses from that month's income, and the balance is your profit. Give God one tenth of that balance as Tithe. A good giving habit includes giving Offerings to God for every tiny reason. It shows how much you appreciate God. Offerings are often higher in amount than Tithes. Businessmen's Complications: If you are unsure of your monthly expenses because they vary from month to month, the normal thing is to look at your previous month's income and expense figures. Based on that information, give God His Tithe in the last week of every month or first week of every month. At the end of the month's accounting, you will then Give to God the shortfall if you gave less than what it finally came out to be. Your guiding principle is to make sure you do not rob God. It is between you and God. Nobody will hound you because of Tithing. Remember, if you are part of the family, you will know to prove it in every way including attending, participating and giving.
God's Promises: The blessings that arise from Tithing are visible to you the Tither. You are the one to stand before God's people to testify to the blessings pouring in. Therefore, give God the correct amounts if you are ever going to witness the real results and answers to prayers, especially when the going gets tough.
